5 sets of 3 clean lift-offs + 1 squat clean from ground + 1 jerk
@ 105#, 115#, 125#, 135# (did like 3 times, failed 2 times lol)
The 2 times I failed I caught the clean, but 1st one I fell backwards at the squat position, probably cause I caught it too backwards and I lost my balance at the bottom. 2nd time I failed I couldn’t stand up… seriously? Need to try to keep my feet pointing forward instead of pointing out. My feet tend to turn out when I catch the barbell at the bottom of the squat, then it would become quite difficult to stand up because I won’t be able to exert energy from my legs properly. So yup, point forward!
